Reflections and wish list this month...

1- I would like to thank all the wonderful professors, SLMS's, mentors, friends and of course my family for a crazy year to say the least!!!
2-I am so thankful to begin my career as a SLMS~ YEY!
3- I will provide the students, faculty, parents, and community with the best school library program I can offer and keep an open line of communication with everyone!
4- I will create an atmosphere in the school library that will foster the students' love of reading and give them the opportunity to be active participants in their learning, be able to assess themselves and make contributions as citizens to their community and world.
5- I will provide the best lessons that reflect the districts curriculum and the NYS standards as well as the Information Literacy Standards.
6- I will continue being involved in all of the library organizations of which I am a member and continue the web 2.0++ journey!
